Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing the Global Remote Research Scholars Program (GRRSP). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by GRRSP are digital in nature, including but not limited to research mentoring programs, faculty consultations, academic guidance, educational resources, and online sessions.

2. Commencement of Services

Access to GRRSP services commences immediately upon successful purchase, including scheduling, resource access, mentor allocation, or preparatory guidance.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, and the immediate commencement of services upon purchase, all payments are final and non-refundable. GRRSP does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the rare event of a technical error or duplicate payment processed by our system. Any such request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the transaction and is subject to review and approval by GRRSP.

5. Service Modifications

GRRSP reserves the right to reschedule sessions, adjust program structures, or substitute faculty or mentors when necessary. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. User Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service details, scope, and eligibility requirements and agree to this Refunds & Returns Policy in full.
