This Digital Delivery Policy outlines how digital services and resources are delivered by the Global Remote Research Scholars Program (GRRSP). By purchasing or enrolling in any GRRSP service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
All GRRSP offerings are delivered digitally. This includes, but is not limited to, research mentoring programs, faculty consultations, virtual sessions, academic guidance, educational materials, and online resources. No physical goods are shipped.
Digital services may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
• Email communication
• Online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom or similar)
• Learning portals or shared digital workspaces
• Scheduled virtual consultations or mentoring sessions
Access to purchased services typically begins immediately or within a reasonable time after successful payment, depending on the nature of the service. This may include scheduling instructions, onboarding information, or direct access to digital resources.
It is the user’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure access to the required technology (internet connection, compatible devices, software, and meeting platforms) to receive and participate in GRRSP services.
In the event that you do not receive delivery instructions or access details within a reasonable timeframe, please contact GRRSP promptly. Delays caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, or user-side technical issues do not constitute grounds for refunds.
GRRSP reserves the right to modify delivery methods, platforms, schedules, or digital formats as needed to ensure continuity and quality of service. Such changes do not affect the validity of delivery.
GRRSP does not provide physical materials, printed certificates, or mailed resources unless explicitly stated in writing. All standard services remain digital-only.
